Fob / Key Replacements
Please note that fobs can usually be collected from your Scheme Host 24 hours after you have made the required payment and we have accepted your order (subject to availability). Your Scheme Host will confirm once your fob is ready for collection via your order confirmation. For any replacement keys, these will need to be ordered as these are not held on site. Your Scheme Host will contact you via your order confirmation with estimated time frames for collection and again once these are available for collection. For all orders, identification will be required on collection.
