Weekly Fitness Classes, Live to your home

Join us every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 18:00 for our Live, interactive Fitness Classes.  These classes are completely free for residents to attend.  Simply click the link to attend the class.

Please note that all classes will be taking place via Zoom, which can be viewed via Phone, Tablet or Laptop.  In order to access via Phone or Tablet you will need to have downloaded the Zoom App and created an account in advance.

Learn the foundations of movement (push, pull, lift), train and sculpt your body for a bullet proof armour. Tone it up!!!

Strength HIIT

Monday 30th November

Strength HIIT

Work through a fast paces accumulation of Air Squats, Burpees, Sit Ups, Pike Toe Taps finished off with 6 minute AMRAPS of Burpees, Sit Ups and Press Ups.  This class is designed for increasing stamina and strengthening core.
