Weekly HIIT Class for all resident

Join Prajay and Adept Fitness for our weekly HIIT Strength and Tone class beginning on Tuesday 14th September at 6:00 in your resident Gym.  The class will last for 45 minutes and will be the perfect way to start off your week.  The class will last for 6 weeks.

High intensity, high energy bodyweight workout to get you on that adrenaline high, to boost your mood and get your heart racing to the beat of the music. Designed to improve your cardiovascular fitness levels, to increase metabolic rate and simply to get your sweat on! You'll be burning those calories for hours after this challenging but fun session too!

Please wear appropriate clothing for exercising and bring a drink with you to help keep you hydrated.
