Bootcamp is a challenging free-weight workout for your entire body that mixes cardio and resistance exercises to improve your balance, strength and flexibility. Sessions are jam-packed full of exercises that keep you moving throughout the room, burning calories and building strength and are perfect for all fitness levels as all the exercises can be modified to your ability.
Bootcamp sessions are 1 hour long and take place every Tuesday evening in the Courtyard of Building 21, making it a great way to meet and socialise with your fellow residents!
Bootcamp is very popular classes so please book your space. You can pre-book up to 7 days in advance using the below. Please ensure you wear comfortable clothing, which are easy to move in and supportive footwear. Feel the burn, see the results!
